Welcome to De Papi & Associates Lawyers.

I am a Family Lawyer and Succession (Wills and Estates) Lawyer with nearly 20 years’ experience working in regional legal practice in the Bundaberg region. Since my admission as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2012, I have consistently worked in family law, wills and estates, and estates litigation. I also have a background in property law including residential, rural and commercial transactions.

Family law is an interesting space to work in – every separated couple and their case are unique. I am passionate about working with you to help map out your plan for the next chapter in your life. And it is my goal to help navigate you through the separation process to reach an agreed outcome, peacefully and outside of the disputed court process.

I am equally passionate about my other area of practice in succession law (wills and estates), where I can use my experience and skills to help map out a plan for your family’s future. I pride myself on providing practical estate planning solutions that will provide certainty and security for the future of your family.
